It would probably effect it greatly...
Here are some examples:

- Wouldn't form as much faults or earthquakes
- Most mountains wouldn't be existing.
- The movement of tectonic plates would decrease. Meaning the push and pull. Like the cause and effect chain, if tectonic plates didn't move as much..;

* the sea floor would stop spreading as much
* convergent boundaries, transform boundaries, and divergent boundaries. Some wouldn't be existing.
* More volcanic eruptions wouldn't occur.
* And Pangaea would have lasted longer than it had.
