Translations ΔABC is translated 6 units up and 3 units left to create ΔA′B′C′. If vertex A is located at (-1, 2), what are the coordinates of A′ ? (5, -1) (-4. 8) (2, -4) (-7, -1)

Hello! Sorry for the late reply :-/ if a triangle is translated a certain amount, that means that every point in and on the triangle would also be moved that amount :) this means that if the triangle was moved 3 to the left and 6 up --> (x - 3, y + 6) then the point if the point (-1, 2) was moved the same amount (-1 - 3 , 2 + 6) and simplify to get your new point :) I hope this was able to help you!
