volume \(V\) of a cone is given by the subsequent formula: \[V = \frac{1}{3} \cdot 3.14 \cdot {R^2}H\] wherein \(R\) is radius, and \(H\) is the height. so, we have: \[H = \frac{{3V}}{{3.14{R^2}}} = \frac{{3 \cdot 23}}{{3.14 \cdot {1^2}}} = ...?\]
