I'm horrible at math, i tried that but my answer was something like y=2x*2 or something. I'm taking a math exam right now and it's worth 1/2 my grade :(

You tried what?  Show yrou work.

Subtract the two y-values.  How did you do that and what do you get?
Subtract the two x-values.  How did you do that and what do you get?
Divide the difference of ys by the difference of xs.  How did you do that and what do you get?
