OpenStudy (mysticfury):

Which equations in point-slope form are equations of the line that pass through the points (4, 5) and (−3, −1)? Choose exactly two answers that are correct. A. y - 3 = 7/6(x - 1) B. y - 5 = 6/7( x - 4) C. y + 1 = 6/7(x + 3) D. y - 4 = 7/6(x - 5)

idk what the answer might be

OpenStudy (zenmo):

use the slope formula to find the slope m. \[m=\frac{y_{2}-y _{1} }{ x _{2}-x _{1} }\]. Point-intercept slope form=\[y-y _{1}=m(x-x_{1})\]. Then plot in any points (4,5) (-3,-1) into the point-intercept form to get the answer. After you do it for one given point, now do it again for the 2nd point to get the two answers that the question wants.
