I think it's either A or B. Leaning toward B. In one of the crash course video my professor recommended me to watch, iirc correctly, they were talking about puritans didn't work out for the English or something like that, however, the video never mention anything about Boston though.

Well its not C, because the Halfway covenant was established in 1662. It's not B, because the Puritans and Anglicans held the majority of the population - the Catholics holding it in Canada. Catholics avoided Massachusetts after laws passed in 1647 and 1700 forbade Catholic priests to reside in the colony under pain of imprisonment and execution. SO what do you think? Is it A or D?
