you would move the decimal point to the left 2 spaces since when you divide a number that will make the number move a decimal place it is moving to the left and when you multiply it is moving to the right so you would move 2 spaces to the left making it 0.3128

If we divide decimals by 100 then the decimal point moves to the left the number of zeroes but if we are multiplying, then the decimal point moves to the right the number of zeros.
Ex.
34.156/100 = 0.34156 but 34.156 * 100 = 3415.6
