Dred Scott tells us that the USSC merely advances the political agenda of its time and/or the philosophy of the majority on the court. Said majority will stick its finger in the wind and decide accordingly. Right now the "wind blows" globalist feudalism, so that's how the USSC majority votes. Get over the incendiary "race" issue. It's about the oppressor class vs. the oppressed class. Anything else is the typical divide-and-conquer approach used by the oppressors to keep the oppressed at each other's throats. Been this way since "Bacon's Rebellion..."
