Electrical potential is the amount of energy that is available to do what?

Electrical potential energy is a term. Potential describe there is energy inside an object. Electrical suggest the energy comes from electrons and it is measured in volts. So the object itself uses electrical energy.

What i meant by doing anything is that it really depends on what this object is. For example in a circuit with a light bulb. Electrons pass through copper wire and pass through the bulb. The electrical poential energy is used for powering the bulb so the lights up and at the time becomes hotter/ warmer. It can power a motor, it can power an LED light, It can power a fan, it depends on what the object is.

U just need to know is a form of energy and when does it occur.
