My doctor wont anwser and I had a baby 3 weeks ago. Is it safe to give her a bath in a baby bath?

If her umbilical cord has not dried and fallen off a wash cloth bath is best. As long as you keep it dry it isn't a big deal. You have to be sure it doesn't get caught when you're washing her as well. If it does get slightly wet, get rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and apply it to the umbilical cord. Hope that makes sense :) Congratulations on the baby!
