I need to think of a feelings to match this, and I was wondering if there even is a feelings, suppose I am doing something like cooking or washing clothes, and I'm not focused on them, but I feel....not sure, but I feel nothing, I wonder if this is a feeling and would it be considered Primary or Secondary ?
I mean feeling, not feelings @Owlcoffee

Well, primary feelings are the most essential and profound feelings we have and the secondary usually obsure these. I'm not very familiar with Adlerian psychology :(
Oh that's fine.
A feeling of detachment, perhaps? I get this feeling often. This "feeling" is often linked with depression. Perhaps you could define what a "Primary" and a "Secondary" feeling would be, so I could help to determine which it would be.
http://changingminds.org/explanations/emotions/primary_secondary.htm A feeling of detachment includes mixed feelings- perhaps of sadness, melancholia, and/or anxiety. Feelings all come from the conscious mind, according to Sigmund Freud.
Other words that can relate to this "feeling:" Empty, numb, and blank. Though these are relevant, judging from my own personal experience, I would say "detached" is the best word to describe this feeling.
Thanks :)
