I've recently got a computer that motherboard was broken, I got a new motherboard for it and for some reason it turns on and then about 2 - 3 seconds it turns off. Does anyone know anything?

Did you check try booting it with the minimum hardware attached to boot?

A list of things to try:
1. Remove CMOS battery, drain power, put back CMOS battery.
> If that does not work, try:
2. Remove the battery, and only leave power to the machine via cabal.
> If that works, then you need a new battery.

If neither of the above work, I would look into returning the motherboard replacement, possibly it is incompatible or was just DoA.

Okay, beeps are how the motherboard communicates errors.  There will be groups of beeps.  When you get them into a number you can check against the motherboard's manufacturer's website.
