YES OR NO QUESTION NEED HELP 1.)You can construct a 3 x 3 matrix of the three columns of point data for the three types of trees. The column of total points is not included in the matrix. Is it possible to find the determinant of the matrix? a.No. A determinant exists only when the sum of the numbers in the up diagonals is greater than the sum of the numbers in the down diagonals. b.Yes. A determinant exists only for square matrices.
It is yes, correct?
I find this problem to be vague. What does "3 types of trees" mean in this context? How did you come to the conclusion that "yes" is the correct answer, Mathias? Why have you eliminated "no?" I'd like to understand your reasoning.
I forgot to include the graph, my bad. I got it, it was yes. I figured that it was yes because it is true that a determinant exists for square matrices.
