I have Guinea pigs and for treats I feed them carrots ( ABSOLUTE FAVORITE) and they love grapes. Fruit are treats for them. I am pretty sure hamsters and the same. :)

Also, when you CAN get treats, see if you can find any yogurt drops. They LOVE those.
