Nothing special. We just do certain tasks for openstudy. ^_^ 
Examples: 
-Managing the OpenStudy facebook page 
-Designing stuff for the site
-Ways to promote openstudy
-Observe users and see how we can meet user needs 
There are many other things we do these are just a few ^_^
