Verify that parallelogram ABCD with vertices A(-5,-1), B(-9,6), C(-1,5) and D(3,-2) is a rhombus by showing that it is a prallelogram with perpendicular angles

I guess my problem is I don't know how to prove it. Do I write it with an explanation for why it does/doesn't have perpendicular angles? Or is there a formula I have to use?
