I won't give you the direct answer, but I will give you a definition that should help you find the answer. Consonance is used in poems to help draw the reader into the words. It refers to the repetitive sounds made by consonants within a sentence or a phrase, and makes the poem sound a bit more lyrical. It doesn't necessarily add any more meaning to a sentence or phrase but it does create a certain mood, or tone, to the poem.
