Inequality expressions: A scooter travels 10 miles per hour faster than an electric bicycle. The scooter traveled for 3 hours, and the bicycle traveled for 5 1/2 hours. Altogether, the scooter and bicycle traveled no more than 285 miles. Find the maximum speed of each. And please tutor me through this, not just toss me an answer. Thanks!

First, you should identify what you don't know i.e. what they want you to find. Based on "Find the maximum speed of each" it sounds like they want you to find the speed of the scooter and the bike.
