Well it's definitely not a larva, because that's for insects! A spore is defined as," a minute, typically one-celled, reproductive unit capable of giving rise to a new individual without sexual fusion, characteristic of lower plants, fungi, and protozoans." (Google Definitions) Does that help you decide between C and D? You could put this under Biology, just a note for next time.
so its a spore? and thanks i wasnt complely sure what this would fit under because it was science but it wasnt earth science

A zygote is a eukaryotic cell formed by a fertilization event between two gametes. The zygote's genome is a combination of the DNA in each gamete, and contains all of the genetic information necessary to form a new individual. (Wikipedia) I would go with zygote, as a plant cell is a eukaryotic.
