A term in the expansion of (2x-b)^11 is -92,400,000x^6. What is b?

imqwerty (imqwerty):

do you know how to write the general term of any binomial expansion? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think I do

imqwerty (imqwerty):

okay its done like this- suppose you have \(\large (a+b)^m\) then the \((n+1)^{th}\) term is given by this expression- \(\huge T_{n+1}=~^mC_r(a)^{m-r}(b)^r\) here \(T_{n+1}\)-->\((n+1)^{th}\) term

imqwerty (imqwerty):

now we have this-> \(\large (2x-b)^{11}\) compare it with-> \(\large(a+b)^m\) and find out the corresponding values of \(a\),\(b\) and \(m\)

Write the ratio in three different formats: a to b,a :b and a/b The team spent 20 minutes on passing drills and 40 minutes on shooting drills. Write the ratio of time spent on shooting drills to time spent on passing drills.
