Which type of organic molecule is a starch? A. lipid B. carbohydrate C. protein D. nucleic acid isnt starch like potatoes? so it cant be protein, because i thought meat was protein and b and d doesnt seem right at all so is it a?

Lipids are fats. Carbohydrates are sugars. Protein is in meat. Nucleic acid is in the nuclei of cells and stores genetic codes. A starch is a long chain of carbon and hydrogen. which of these seems correct?
