there are different ways to do simultaneous equations
one way is by substitution like with the last question.
for this question we can set expressions equal still a form of substitution.
using the first equation find what is the expression for 2y
then multiply each term in the equation by 3
set this equivalent equation 1 equal to equation 2 and solve
