9*4/2=18 unit^2 - this is area of triangle form from the left part of bedroom with length 9 and width 4 
9*6=54 unit^2 - this is area of the rectangle form from the right part with length 9 and width 6 

so 18+54 = 72 unit^2 - area of bedroom
