hartnn (hartnn):

Its not correct, how did you find it out?

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

Someone tried to help me

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

i tried to figure it out though

hartnn (hartnn):

\(\Large \dfrac{final - initial}{initial} \times 100\)

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

136 - 127 divided by 127 x 100

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

36

hartnn (hartnn):

136 is initial so the denominator will be 136

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

ok

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

27?

hartnn (hartnn):

(136-127)*100 /136 = 6.6

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

so you subtract and multiply 100 / 136. I thought you divide first

hartnn (hartnn):

as per the bodmas rule, brackets are evaluated first, hence we subtract first :)

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

ok
