I would choose C, because you are not only stressing about the test, you are engaging yourself in it for the right amount of time. I know that if I study all day and night for an exam then I either fall retriceeep during the actual thing, or I think about all the other things I could've been doing in thr time I spent studying. And Distracting yourself from the exam could ease your stress, but when the test comes, your stress level will rapidly increase b/c you don't know what the answers are. @nata098
