Correct, it is D! Everyone (excluding D) has no trouble with receiving air supply, so if we pollute the air, they would probably be the LEAST affected. However, if it were to come down to people with ASTHMA, that would be more harder on them, hence the fact that they already have trouble breathing; I don't think they need anymore! The D group would probably more affected!
