okay the equation given to you is-> \(\large (x+4)^2+(y-6)^2=25\) the standard equation of a circle with center \((h,k)\) and radius \(r\) is given like this-> \(\large (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2\) compare your equation with the standard equation to get the radius :)
