Could the Reconstruction Amendments solve the Civil Rights problems in the U.S. after the Civil War? WILL MEDAL AND FAN
is this multiple choice? and yes The Reconstruction Amendments are the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth amendments to the United States Constitution,adopted between 1865 and 1870, the five years immediately following the Civil War. (this line from wikipedia)
abraham lincoln believed it would help construct a slave free country
@HelpfulNoona I know what The Reconstruction Amendments are, but I'm not exactly sure how it could be different from what happened.
they were constructed after the war, believed to help end slavery.
@sparklyme
yes?
yes, that is correct. they ended slavery and gave [somewhat] equality to blacks
Because of all of this, what's the point in asking this question? It was supposedly supposed to be based of opinion, but opinion on what?
well if its based on opinion, then i should think your answer would include something along the lines of racism. and if its opinion, it shouldn't have a specific answer.
But what exactly is my opinion supposed to be about?
what effects the RR had on slavery.
and if you think it had any effect at all.
Ohh...okay. thanks!
np :)
this is really helpful!!!
well read the wiki page or another source and it should give you some answers
