Just for the record, and to give you a time scale, using MS Excel v2013, it took me about 35 seconds to enter the data and produce the requested results. Most of the time was entering the data.

This isn't "Pat TKHunny on the back", day. I'm just suggesting that fear need not be a problem. Just jump in.
