Since 1 light year is \[9.46\times10^{12}kilometers\] then \[4.1\times10^{13}kilometers\] is no where near close to a whole light year. So you can safely assume that 0.23 light year is the best choice. You can check through division as well. \[\frac{ 9.46\times10^{12} }{4.1\times10^{13}}=.2307317073\]
