Your sister started the summer with $200 in her savings account. She plans to save 125 dollars a month. Your brother does not have any money in his savings account at the beginning of summer, but plans to save $175 a month. Write a system of equations for this situation. When will your sister and brother have the same amount of money in their savings account?

OpenStudy (safa102):

so i'm not sure about this question but i'm going to say that u do 200 + 30, because the majority of 30 days in a month is more than 31 days in a month. than u add 125 and u get 355. Than for the brother u just do 175 + 30 = 205.

OpenStudy (safa102):

so your system equation is 355 + 205 and than your answer for when they will have the same amount of money is in 2 in a half months!

OpenStudy (safa102):

i hope this helped you, and if u want plz give medal! :)

thx @Safa102
