In this diagram, four forces are acting on the object. The magnitude of the forces is illustrated by the line length. Because the forces are unbalanced the object will accelerate.

Yeah. Apparently, it was the opposite of what we both were thinking. The way the longer arrows are pointing is where that cubed object will go.
