I need help with a question, please? In this diagram, four forces are acting on the object. The magnitude of the forces is illustrated by the line length. Because the forces are unbalanced the object will accelerate. What is the direction of acceleration? A. downward and to the right B. upward and to the right C. downward and to the left D. upward and to the left I know this is a physics question, but nobody would reply in that subject. I think C, because I know (or think) that the arrows are not pointing in the direction where i

I think that it's C, because I know (or think) that the arrows are not pointing in the direction where the object is moving.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

correct :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was actually B, though.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wat no :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah. Apparently, it was the opposite of what we both were thinking. The way the longer arrows are pointing is where that cubed object will go.
