Yes, mods can:
Warn
Suspend
Ip check (see what accounts are on your ip, they cannot see your ip address)
-see deleted content of any kind (includes: deleted chat messages, deleted comments on a post etc)

They can suspend you for as long as they wish most of the time it doesn't go above 24 hrs unless you've really done something bad or have repeatably been warned/ suspended for the same action.
