Diana, you had the right concept, there are 70 suitcases and 35 of them have them in there and 35 don't and you multipled by .68 to 35 which was good, but its asking how many will not be picked up so it would be the 32% percent that won't get picked up so you will have to subtract the number you got from 35, which will equal 11.5 and because you can't have a suitcase the answer would be 11
