find the constant force which, acting for that same amount if time, would bring about that same change in momentum can't see any graph but it should be case of finding a horizontal line that produces the same area under it as the one you have been given.

you know what impulse is, right? here, the total impulse is the area under that chart, yes? so the average force is the constant force that would give the same area as your curve does, over the duration of contact |dw:1452780473778:dw|
