You are all over the place.
Bicameral means two chambers. The founders had a problem when it came to setting up the legislative branch. If every state got one vote, little states could gang up and force big states to do what they wanted.
If they based representative votes on population, it would be vice versa. Big states would pick on little states.
So Congress has two houses. One based on size and one where everybody is equal
