Hi, i apologize for my regular English... Well i'm from Colombia, just a few schools have clubs, usually the students are linked to entities financed by the state or ONG, for example in my country exist "batuta" is a institution dedicated to teach music ... linked is free... if you need more information you can search IDARTES, i hope i have helped
