Use slope intercept form.... First find out the slope of the line in which you find the rise over run or use the slope formula which is....\[\frac{ y2-y1 }{ x2-x1 }\] Then you would determine where the slope meets the y-axis which would be the y-intercept.... then you would simply input the slope and the y-intercept in slope-intercept form...|dw:1452819132329:dw|
