OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

which properties? water has a specific type of bonds, but as you change the temperature, its density will vary somewhat.

OpenStudy (a1234):

Properties such as appearance, solubility, melting point, conductivity (solid, liquid, and dissolved in water)

OpenStudy (a1234):

It was actually a virtual lab in which they gave some substances and had us find out the type of bonding in each based on the characteristics mentioned above. The original question was, "Is it possible for the properties of a substance with a specific type of bond to vary from what was observed in this virtual lab? Explain why or why not."
