How am I supposed to write this in simplified radical form?

OpenStudy (-welp-):

\[\sqrt[4]{3^{7}}\]

OpenStudy (dayakar):

\[\sqrt[n]{x ^{m}} = x ^{\frac{ m }{ n }}\]

OpenStudy (zpupster):

\[\sqrt[4]{(3\cdot3\cdot3\cdot3)\cdot3^3}\]

OpenStudy (dayakar):

OpenStudy (dayakar):

OpenStudy (-welp-):
