Estimate the area of a living room that measures 10.6 ft x 9.28 ft can someone help me with this question

it says 'estimate'

10.6 ft is approx 10 1/2 feet
9.28 ft is approx 9 1/4 feet

Area is width x length so multiply the above.

(However - if you are using a calculator I don't see why you wouldn't use 10.6 x 9.28)

or

it's "just over 10 feet" x "just under 10 feet"
so round one down to 10 and the other up to 10

so it's approx 10x10 = 100 sq feet

it just depends how close you want your estimate to be...
