Can someone dumb this up for me? I really dont know what this means but, it's one of Woodrow Wilson's 14 points.

Well basically this is saying the army will lose their weapons to appease the public. I personally disagree with this because I believe a strong military is necessary for a safe country. As long as citizens still have the right to bear arms, the government can have as many guns as they want.
