I believe the answer is A. When water evaporates the salt is left behind or the warming of ocean water.

Look at the map. Which of the following areas most likely has the warmest ocean surface water? A. Seattle, Washington B. San Jose, Costa Rica C. Cape Town, South Africa D. London, England https://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/964500_965000/964884/2/a79a582a1f6eb35aa0966da1dcd6d5475c337fdd/MS2_ERT_07_03_201_LA_PIC_map.jpg
most likely costa rica. Its nearest the equator and tends to have water temperatures of ~30 degrees C. south africa furthur away from the equator (way down on the southern tip of Africa) and tends to have water temperatures ~20 degrees C. England is pretty far north and gets some cold water currents around it with temperatures ~10 degrees C. Washington is also fairly far north and tends to have water temperatures ~12 degrees C
