thats one way but you could just make 1/9 0.1 then 3 ÷ 0.1 is 30 and is the same as 3/9 as 0.3 times 100

turn the number into a fraction so \[3/1\div1/9\]

and since your dividing fraction you need to multiply and flip the sign, so \[3/1\times9/1\]
