Ok so ONE site won't load for me, it will try and then go to the connection timed out. I have tried flushing dns, and going into the WiFi settings to open a dns. The most weirdedst part is the site wont open on my fast high powered computer, but it will open perfectly on my school Chromebook. Any ideas what's going on?

Make sure you are using an up to date browser? Certain websites seem to no test if browsers support ES6 and the like, causing some webpages not to even show.

Sounds like a site that's private to something in your school system.  You are using a Fully Qualified Domain Name on the failing computers aren't you?  On the Chromebook, try an nslookup on the site and see if it's on a private network.
