@24/7: You'll need to approximate the length of each of the four sides by using the grid system as a measure. The horizontal sides don't take much work. However, finding the lengths of the vertical sides require that you use the Pythagorean Theorem. Try it. Make a rough sketch of the floor plan of Bedroom #3 and label it with the appropriate side lengths.
