Question

Sudden acute pain in entire abdominal region from diaphragm to pelvic region (not confined to particular side), feels like bloating/cramping/tingling/spasm (mostly bloating and cramping i think). It gets more intense if laying on back and pain is less when laying on right side. Also pain increases if laying on back and taking deep breaths (its like tingling sensation spreads through entire abdomen)
Not related to menstrual pain.
Pain has been going on for +/- an hour now
No idea what is the cause
***Update: I got a second round of similar pain, but this time it was only centered in lower abdominal region. Strong intense pain gets worsen by laying on back or bending when standing. I tried using hot pad last time and it did help a little but for this one i didnt use it since it started suddenly + at like 4am. I honestly dont understand what caused it or what it is. Its weird coz the pain doesnt go completely away, it just gets less to a level that is not significant to bother me.
All i know now is that one more round of this pain and ill totally need emergency care and its scary not to have a clue at least to whats going on

It could be indigestion, or if you are lactose intollerant it may be from that, it's hard to tell. Try pushing down in the lower right side and when you lift up if the pain is extremely intolerable it might be appendicitis. Otherwise it might be growing pains or something else, not completely sure, sorry.

I decided not to go yet, i have a hunch on what it could be related to, so i gotta wait for third round and confirm then i'll go to doc :)
