I don't really like the first one.
"Slavery soon became less important in the Americas and most slaves were freed". this is vague, does the question talk about post civil war or pre civil war? anyway, slaves weren't freed just like that off the bat. They were freed during the civil war, in the emancipation proclamation.

I'm not sure about these two I think they would both have to be true. They kind of go hand in hand.

The slave population in North America grew because many of the slaves were women who had children who also became slave. I can see this, happening. In the south a-lot of slaves had children and lived collectively on the plantations to do work.

B, it did not really matter about the care of slaves, the onlly time they were cared for was when they were being sold, because of the better condition they were the better the money, the worst condition the less money
