Step 1. Edit your picture. Step 2. Save it. Step 3. If you want to upload it on OpenStudy Post, you have to go to attach files. If you want to go on Profile Picture...well I'm sure you know that one. :P

I personally like picmonkey.com  (because you can provide a link to share it, although it's suggested you use attached files for OS)
Although some features aren't unlocked. But i don't use them anyway :P.

You can always google something like "Picture Editing" And I'm sure you'd get some websites. :)
