Hello there! Fans are meant to be earned, it means you are very helpful and friendly. If people started doing what you did, it would be cheating the system, it's the same as medal spamming, but instead fan spamming, which are against the rules. Another thing, have you considered reading the Code of Conduct? Also, this post does not belong here and it is called spam, it is a violation of the rules, please close this question. Exactly- Fans are earned from all of the hard work and dedication you put in when tutoring them! Just make sure you're guiding the users rather than just giving the answers away though.
